What are your operating hours?

I am open from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week. 

However, please note that prices stated are for boarding and for day-care Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. Boarding and day-care outside these times including Bank Holidays are still possible but incur an additional cost. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

Unfortunately no, I do not drive. 

Is there a limit on the number of pets you can accommodate?

I only book one dog at any time. The only occasion where I would take two dogs, is if they were from the same household.
